Luke Schlauder of Boca Raton is being held without bond after allegedly leaving voicemails threatening Florida state Rep. Peggy Gossett-Seidman. The messages reportedly included a threat to harm her if her office sent him more mail.
Gossett-Seidman contacted Boca Raton police. Florida Capitol Police became involved, and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement took over the investigation. Schlauder appeared before a judge Friday on two charges, including written threats to kill or do bodily harm.
