Boca Raton’s Planning and Zoning Board unanimously approved a proposal for an eight-story private social and wellness club near Sanborn Square. The project would replace an existing building on Northeast First Avenue and comprise 54,681 square feet, with dining, fitness and wellness facilities and rooftop amenities.
Plans include 85 automated underground valet parking spaces. City planning documents indicate the project could require as many as 183 spaces, with additional parking planned through an arrangement with the nearby Aletto development. The proposal will next go to the Boca Raton Community Redevelopment Agency for review.
