Boca Raton Police Release Footage From 2024 Fatal Officer-Involved Shooting of Morey Clemmons

The Boca Raton Police Department on October 5, 2026, made public surveillance videos and 911 calls connected to the fatal shooting of 39-year-old Morey Clemmons by Officer Michael Super on December 18, 2024, near 50 Northwest Second Avenue.

Shooting Ruled Justified

The Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office informed Boca Raton police on August 26, 2026, that Super’s use of force was legally justified, following an investigation by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
