According to WPBF 25, citing Bloomberg, Brightline is reportedly considering a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing as early as this week.

The report says the passenger rail company is facing heavy debt and that a potential filing would reportedly not affect daily operations. WPBF reported that it contacted Brightline for comment and had not received a response.
